<Начало истории>Мне понравилась квартира, которую нашёл для меня риэлтор. Хорошая чистая новостройка рядом с торговым центром, метро недалеко. Что ещё нужно для комфортной жизни? В общем, я решил снять эту квартиру. Осталось только подписать договор аренды. Я внимательно изучил обязанности сторон. Оказалось, что коммунальные платежи входят в арендную плату, но за свет я должен платить сам. Как говорится, куй железо, пока горячо – и я сразу договорился с хозяином насчёт подключения к Интернету со следующего месяца. Мы подписали договор аренды сроком на полгода. Ура!
