<Начало истории>Сказать, что я худой, значит ничего не сказать. При росте 185 см я вешу всего 65 кг. Друзья прикалываются, что когда я иду, слышно как гремят мои кости. За глаза мне даже дали кличку Кощей. Меня это сильно напрягает! Выход один – набрать вес. Пробовал есть торты и пирожные. Не помогает. Записался в качалку. Сейчас тренируюсь на массу. В основном налегаю на базовые упражнения: присед, становую тягу, жим лёжа и стоя, ну и на пресс, конечно. В каждом упражнении я делаю 3 подхода по 6-8 повторений. Тренер говорит, что я делаю успехи. Главное, не торопиться и не переборщить с нагрузкой. Да, ещё я ем 5-6 раз в день, прямо как настоящий чемпион по бодибилдингу.
